This is a fair question. Israel Folau's contract with the Wallabies, Australia's rugby union team, was terminated after he posted a controversial meme on social media. He will also never play in the Australian National Rugby League ever again. Meanwhile, two Canterbury Bulldogs players were stood down after alleged indiscretions with "two young females." Presumably they'll be reinstated, or if delisted, resume their careers at another club, after the matter has been investigated and resolved. Some consistency in discipline from sporting authorities wouldn't go astray.
