Tears of a clown
It was on this day in 1980 that British actor and comedian Peter Sellers died of a heart attack, aged 54. He brought joy and laughter to his millions of fans around the world through his work on radio and film. Sadly, his private life was a shambles. He suffered depression and frequently had violent mood swings. This alienated him from his children and former wives. I appreciate him for his acting talent and comic genius, but not for his private life, which is an example of negative reinforcement in how not to be a good husband and father.
