Have You Been Paying Attention is a panel quiz show which takes a fun and irreverent look at the world's events. Tom Gleisner hosts the show with his customary aplomb.Two things detract from my enjoyment of the show. You have regular cross-promotion with other Channel 10 shows, with contestants from The Bachelor appearing as guest quiz masters.
Secondly, some contestants remind me of the extroverted person who dominates the conversation at a group social event so much that nobody else can get a word in. They give verbose answers to questions that require brief answers, or try to overshadow everyone else on the show. As well as being annoying, this is also rude.
